the service was friendly and the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect. moreover, it was walking distance from landmarks, including grevel house. we were given a king room with a bathtub upon arrival.

The employees at Bantam Tea Rooms were outstandingly accommodating and really helpful. the setting of the tea rooms is wonderful, being very close to many pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, historic areas.

make sure you stay in the deluxe double room with interesting menu and sofa. the hotel boasts very central location in the center of town. and it's nestled in a nice building right by shops and historic area as well as the cotswold trail and the centre of town.
The bathrooms are poor.
